Manager Operations

Zameen.com is looking for an experienced Manager for our operations; having a service-oriented mindset and passionate to lead a diverse team toward goal accomplishments; quantitative, qualitative and service-oriented. An individual with a strong mindset of adding efficiencies to the systems and value to the people, process, and organization alongside a profound sense of job ownership.

• Oversee day-to-day operations and work of operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards & SOPs.
• Assuring excellent delivery of quality services with regular monitoring.
• Strong liaison with the Zameen Tech department for developing and improving systems/ processes.
• Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable packages.
• Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the roll-out of website changes.
• Monitoring website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
• Assigning targets to the team aligned with tactical and strategic goals.
• Responsible for target accomplishments; Service Oriented, Quantitative & Qualitative
. • Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales.
• Coordination with Business Intelligent (BI) team for creating visibility and automation of the reports.
• Preparing and presenting Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly reports to SMT
