We are hiring Tele sales Representative(Female).
 "Freight Experts" is looking for enthusiastic "Telesales representatives" for its Head Office located at Airport Road. Candidates must generate sales by making calls and answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

Shift timings: 9:00Am – 5:0Pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

Handling Import queiries provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new modules.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to meet the target.
Generate sales leads through Tele sales.
Experience 0 to 6 months
Have basic knowledge of MS word , Excel and Research.
