• New developments as per customer standards and testing requirements.
• Maintain and manage lab equipment's e.g. data of colors
• Analyze and develop products of existing Customers
• Maintain Lab to bulk recipe RFT
• Enhance business by timely development of accurate samples
• Supervise and support in all recipe preparation activities
• Test parameters of coal/salt/dyes as per pre-defined criteria
• Coordinates with Production for bulk recipe development
