Refrigeration Operator Ammonia

1- Responsible to perform duties assign by the refrigeration supervisor according to Standard Operating Procedures with proper safety/Personal Protective Equipments.
2- Operating the refrigeration compressors/condensers/evaporators/chillers/pumps/heat exchangers/air compressors/drier/RO water system/ventilation & exhaust units/refrigerated vehicles according to requirement.
3- Maintaining the required temperatures of areas /chilled water/hot water/refrigerated vehicles
4- Maintaining the required parameters of RO water and maintain the air pressure of air system.
5- Take and the reading of operating machines at log sheets periodically.
6- Review all operational log sheet/checklist and read the shift report book and perform the assigned job.
7- Check the operational machines and perform the predictive/preventive/corrective maintenance if needed.
8- Prepare the shift report and mention his observation if he find and instruct to perform any activity if needed.
9- Handling/taking of all refrigeration system with standard operating procedures.
10- Responsible to perform proper housekeeping for the power house.
