Deputy Manager Admin

1. To manage administrative and security operations of the plant-site including proper Plant Landscape and cleanliness of whole plant premises
. 2. Coordination with external Government & Private departments
3. To look after HS&E and firefighting matters.
4. To hire, train, evaluate administrative & Security team members and take corrective action where necessary.
 5. To develop, review, improve policies, systems, procedure, generally ensuring the administration & Security office operates smoothly and efficiently.
6. To ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies, all equipment is working and properly maintained moreover, keep the record of all plant assets.
7. To work with accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, processing payroll, and other expenses.
 8. To supervise inward, outward and organizing information using computers and filing systems.
9. To oversee special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
10. To assist in developing, enforcing budgets, delegating tasks, tracking progress on projects, planning and organizing a calendar of events including training sessions, interview, new hire orientations, policy or procedure updates of administration & Security.
11. In time provision of good quality meal to the plant employees. 12. To make sure the availability of distribution vehicles with drivers for product deliveries. To look after the maintenance and proper logbook of all plant vehicles.
