Business Development Manager-ERP
Responsibilities
Provide leads and track potential clients in need of Odoo or similar ERP solutions.
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to explain the benefits of Odoo.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with your clientele.
Recognize customer needs and offer customized ERP solutions.
Prepare contracts, price agreements, and proposals.
Work with the sales team to ensure that clients have a smooth onboarding and implementation process.
Provide clients with ongoing support and help, resolving any difficulties or concerns.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals, or beyond.
Keep up to date with the latest Odoo features and upgrades.
Deliver regular reports and predictions to the sales manager.
Stay abreast of the latest features and updates in Odoo.
Furnish regular reports and forecasts to the sales manager
Requirements:
Proven 3–4 years of sales experience in selling software solutions.
Experience with Odoo or equivalent ERP solutions is preferred.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and cater to client's business requirements
