1. Gather market intelligence about projects by continuously visiting markets and establishing close contacts with builders and contractors (individuals & companies).
2. Responsible for business development in accordance with devised annual strategy objectives.
3. Get Jotun products approved on projects by visiting contractor office and ensure its supply to major projects to strengthen the portfolio of Jotun.
4. Enhance Jotun and its products awareness to the Architects, Builders & contractors by doing regular visits and presentations to increase the market share.
5. Follow up customers on proper pricing and customer selection by monitoring collection and following up closely on payments to achieve sales budget, DSO (Days sales outstanding) and gross margin.
