Supply Chain Manager

Strategic sourcing of all raw materials used in feed production at competitive price while ensuing enough safety stocks 
Procurement of Raw materials used in feed production within assigned limits 
Maintain safety stocks of raw materials as per sales projections and production plan 
Keeping close liaison with vendors 
Time to time introduction of alternative raw materials
Projection of materials and stock these in bulk where possible
To ensure successful delivery of finished goods to the supplier with accuracy & minimum possible time, while remaining within budget and complying protocols  
Ensure on-time dispatch of vehicles from plant and tracking successful shipment to the customers 
Arrangement of vehicles and managing orders in a manner to control freight costs & comply with Company’s dispatch policy 
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of logistics operations for load management compliance 
Data data  management in system e.g. Delivery Orders/Inwards with accuracy 
Liaison with transport suppliers and discover new suppliers 
Coordination with store/production to improve turn-around time of vehicles at plant
