Sr. Manager Production

1.Yearly Production Plan (Monthly Base) Based on Yearly Sales Plan keeping in View Model Wise Capacity.
2. Execute Daily Base, Monthly Production Plan to Fulfill Sales Requirement and as per Capacity / Efficiency of Production.
3.Follow up and Ensure all Materials Availability for Smooth Running of Production as per Plan on Daily Basis.
4.Co-ordinate with Paint Department for Painting as per Production Plan & Follow up for Smooth Supply of Parts in-Time. 
5.Actual Production Control (Follow Up) & Record on Daily Basis & Send Report to Management. 
6.Production Capacity Analysis & Co-ordination with Production for Capacity Enhancement to Fulfill Requirements of Yearly Sales Plan.
7.Implimentation of all Quality,Prod. and Machine Standard.
8.Station wise actual production monitoring target vs actual.
9.Follow up manpower standard process wise and handling.
10.Deal with immediate issues related to Mnt,Mat &Production etc.
11.Provide on job training for new Hired people.
12.Reduce OT expense & enhancement productivity.
13.Manufacturing cost saving ideas to implement on floor along with R&D and quality.
14.Material Environment and Line Management as per 6S Activity.
15.ISO Internal Audit   
16.Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
