Sr. Manager Maintenance

1-Monitoring & ensure the implementation of Maintenance plan as per standerd and requirements.
2-Development and implementation standers to all control parameters.
3-Identification of areas for improvement and of critical significance to reduce Capital investment and human effort. 
4-Promote continual improvement in all maintenance processes.
5-Responsible of overall maintenace .
6-Responsible for over all equipments smooth running for production targets achievement 
7- Internal department objective & targets setting.
8-Implementation of identified solutions for control system.
9-Yearly Preventive maintenance Plan (Monthly Base) Based on Yearly Production Plan.
10-Co-ordination with Production department for equipment maintenance plan and status.
11-Co- ordinate with MNT stor and PPC department for equipmetn spare parts arrangments.
12-Promote continual improvement in all equipments processes .
13-Monitoring of  over all equipments process at all sages and ensure smoothly running.
14-Handling of  new Projects as Assigned by Management.
15-Countermeasuring of New development and cost saving ideas and process controlling.
16-Reporting to factory manager
17-Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
