Lead Qualification Specialist (us Timings)

We currently have an opportunity for a lead qualification specialist to serve our growing client base. Lead qualification specialists have primary responsibility for initiating contact with suspects and prospects looking for a software, qualifying prospects that email, download whitepapers, fill website forms or call into our company looking to use our services, and develop interest in our solutions, and then hands off the opportunity to software vendors (“Our Clients”). This is a full time position, of about 40 hours per week, that requires working from home.
Lead qualification specialists are challenged on a daily basis working in an energetic, fast moving, collaborative, demanding and results-oriented work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell products and services
o Initiate cold calls into new prospects to verify call list details.
• Maintain a list of potential leads and follows up with those prospects/suspects by making subsequent sales pitches
o Maintain timely and accurate database of prospect/suspect contact data.
• Generate an accurate weekly forecast of touches and conversions.
• Develop phone skills to properly gather necessary information from prospects, and to encourage acceptance of demo requests from software vendors.
• Accurately and efficiently enters prospect/suspect information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.
• Participate in weekly meeting, prepared to discuss current status of pending leads.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Proven and visible lead conversion veteran, with at least 2 years’ experience in BPO industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to stay motivated in a virtual working environment.
• Past experience in US Healthcare Industry a big plus.
