Recruitment & Selection, Conduct initial interview and final interview by the management. Employees Orientation Process, and other new hire documentation. Employee Exit process, exit interview and feedback. Performance Evaluation and appraisals for employees Prepare and amend job descriptions according to positions. Conduct employees' training programs as per training calendars. Issuance of warning letter on non-compliance and other related matters. Employee Engagement activities like birthdays and other events. Lead Payroll process and finalize salary with relevant reports. Responsible to maintain employee relations and related issues. Responsible for Recommendation employees' benefits programs. HR policies work and ensure the implementation of existing policies among employees. Grievance handling & conflict management in labor with necessary actions against misconduct. Maintenance of record soft & hard form for All HR-related documents. Actively work on employee productivity, morale and Retention. Any other tasks assigned by the higher management.
