Head Of Quality

1.   Development of Quality Assurance objectives and plans.
2.   Development of quality Assurance monitoring systems. 
3.   Development and implementation of product and process specifications & control parameters. 
4.   Analysis of market feed back to establish trends and to evaluate cost of quality.
5.   Development and record keeping of In-Process Inspection Sheets for all production processes, rejections and reworks.
6.   Calibration of devices and equipment used in production processes.
7.   Liasion with R&D department for improvements in product and process quality.
8.   Liasion with customer services department for identification of improvement opportunities on production floor.
9.   Liasion with Sourcing Department for reporting of suppliers rjection and improvement.
10. Liasion with Planning Department for claim of CKD parts.
11. Training to Quality Assurance inspectors, as and when required.
12. Identification and follow up of problems which adversely effect any product realization process. 
13. Promote continual improvement in all processes and products.
14. Coordination with CSD Department for the reduction of market complaints.
15. Coordination with CSD store for the timely delivering of parts & cabinets to reduce Sale returns. 
16. Assigning responsibilities to sub-ordinate staff members & evaluate them by their KPI's.
17. Develop QM Budget & Control.
18. Control & implmentation of Ref Quality Manufacturing system.
19. Vendor/ supplier improvement & coordination.
