Communicate daily with agents regarding active or planned bookings and get follow-ups
Push the agents for new bookings.
Plan efficient movement of inventory so there's no storage cost at any part.
Do the costing on round-trip basis in order to minimize costs.
Follow the inventory situation and push the agent to evacuate the boxes ASAP
Be able to gather market insights regularly in order to get competitive advantage and ahead of the competition in emerging opportunitis with related port pairs.
Check monthly SOA throughly and close the books on timely basis
Push the agent for Remittance if the SOA is in our favor.
Present the current situation related to trade to management in weekly meeting
Handle pricing for the relevant sectors and should be able to communicate with MLO & feeder operators in orer to get competitive rates.
