1- Development and implementation of training programs/manuals, including course outline, handouts, assessment / test
2- Responsible for talent project implementation, and formulation of Individual Development Plan (IDP) for developing successors 3- Conduct TNA and IDP assessment of management staff, and align trainings according to identified gaps.
4- Responsible for development and implementation of HTI Annual training calendar in coordination with HR, Factory and Department Heads
5- Develop and implement Core and Leadership competency frameworks, respective learning paths
6- Monitor training effectiveness for HTI trainings and conduct impact analysis, and prepare a monthly report for management review.
7- Responsible to manage online e-learning platforms, including content creation, assessment and implementation of learning paths
8- Conduct Training Programs on Soft/Life Skills to enhance staff/workforce efficiency.
9- Standardize and update course content and ensure trainings' quality.
10- Identify and develop in-house trainers for the company.
11- Evaluate trainees learning through assessments and observations.
12- Evaluate trainings through feedback forms
13- Plan and develop trainings and R&D projects with educational institutions, government bodies and industry for skill development & innovation (Like PSDF etc.)
14- Perform any tasks assigned by HOD & Management.
15- Responsible for QMS implementation.
