2. Attempt to reduce Customer Quality Complaints rate by keeping Quality objectives.
3. Analysis the market data as per priorities and guide lines defined by Quality Assurance head.
4.To collect and confirm reports from CSD on monthly basis as under given.
a) SPI Service Data Base Report
b) Parts Consumption Report
c) Technical Report
d) Product failure rate
e) Service Warranty claim
f) Sales Return Report
5. To analyze monthly CSD reports and plan activities for their system improvement.
6. To arrange monthly meeting between QA and CSD about market complaints and improvement action plans.
7. To prepare and deliver E-Lab trainings to CSD technicians all over the Pakistan.
8. To confirm and share case study reports with CSD.
9. To review and confirm top 10 problems analysis report on monthly basis.
10. To review faulty parts analysis report on monthly basis and send the feed back to the CSD department.
11. Randomly market visit on every month to collect the product feed back.
12. Customer/Branch visits against critical issues in market/as per request of CSD and reports shared with concern departments.
13. To liaison with RND team and share supplier feedback and get improvement action plan.
14. To perform any other duty as assigned by the QA Manager/HOD.
