1. Oversee the complete recruitment life cycle from start to finish.
2. Prepare Job ads and advertise on social media channels
3. Ensure all type of emails to concerned i.e. Mess, Transport, ERP code, attendance, joining, email etc.
4. HRIS Entries – Management.
5. Employees personal files completion - new employees as well as existing employees.
6. Conduct interviews and finalize candidates as per job specifications
7. Prepare monthly, quartlerly and annual reports
8. Preparation of Letters (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Internal Hiring Letters etc.)
9. Update & maintain HRIS & Excel data.
10.Maintain records & follow ups for Confirmations & MTEs Assesments.
11. Any other task assigned by HOD/ immediate Supervisor.
