Perform various project management functions and effective liaison with the relevant department while keeping a close eye on overall project objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, prepare information memorandums and project briefs for key stakeholders.
Participate in initial project agreement negotiations, review and execute them by preparing supporting documents like reporting schedules etc.
Collaborate with relevant departments to process payment milestones under EPC contracts.
Follow up with the relevant departments to ensure compliance with the project agreement.
Put together supporting documents to conclude EPC contracts upon successful achievement of COD.
Prepare quarterly tariff indexation along with annual adjustment of insurance component with relevant supporting documentation.
Control and maintain project documents folder in soft form at Google drive or other designated platform in order to have organized project data for the development team and the management.
Remain in constant consultation with the department head and the HR department in order to target legislative roles for future assignments.
