Preparation of user’s manual for the assistance users to ease the usage of ERP and other development in future. Create diagrams and flow charts for any developed applications or future assignments
Will be responsible for create backup schedule. Assist AM IT and Manager IT for the backup of source code and databases.
inform and update Manager IT regarding any user’s problems / requirements and try to resolve issues.
Perform activities as per scheduled; daily, weekly, and monthly or when demanded; assigned by Manager IT.
