Posting of incoming transactions in SAP efficiently and after due verification.
Making cash payments on authorized approvals after verifying the supporting documents and its booking in SAP.
Maintenance of accurate records of vouchers in hard file and uploading of supporting documents in SAP.
Daily closing of cash book and cash ledger in SAP ensuring its reconciliation with the physical cash.
Clearance of POS or Banking receipts after verifying it from the bank statement or daily settlement report for All branches.
Preparation of Daily reports
Daily receipt and payment
Daily sale report
Encashment of cash cheques from the relevant banks as per decided protocol i.e., two persons on car if the amount is greater than or equal to 5 lac Rs and second person must be armed Guard.
Preparation of BRS statements of all banks.
Other varying responsibilities as per requirement at relevant branches.
Any other task assigned by Line Manager.
