JOB DESCRIPTION
DHR Services Private Limited is a full-range service provider of HR, Recruitment, Payroll Management and Business support services. Our head office is in Karachi and in the process of establishing more offices in main cities of Pakistan.
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for growth and the efficiency of business.
The GM role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader capable for growth of the business. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you.
The goal of the GM position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
You will shine in this role when you have:
Proven work experience as Recruiter or similar role, ideally within a multi-national with experience of hiring peoples for growth of the business. 
Solid understanding of leading and managing full-cycle recruitment campaigns for all levels of positions - both volume and specialist.
Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems as well as strong experience of identifying talent through ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
Highly resourceful, self-driven with the ability to develop strong relationships quickly and often virtually as well as partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and candidates.

Responsibility:
•    Involved in all aspects of recruitment and staffing activities.
•    To undertake business development and client acquisition activities.
•    To handle strategic client management and client relationship.
•    To groom, develop and lead a team of high-performing recruitment and staffing /consultants.
•    To work with the CEO on formulating business strategy and business growth plans.
•    To drive team growth and to meet team KPIs.
•    To achieve agreed financial performance targets.
•    To handle multiple recruitment and staffing assignments across multiple customer accounts on currently, leveraging on the team and regional resources.
•    Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures and liaison with the clients for redressal of their day to day issues. 
•    Attend / participate in the meeting for business growth.
•    Identify, search out potential clients and attempt them for offering them desired services from the platform of the company.
•    Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
•    Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
•    Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
•    Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
•    Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
•    Write and submit weekly and monthly reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
•    Assist CEO and attend meeting on behalf of the CEO with potential client(s) for business growth.
•    Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
•    Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

Requirements
•    Master in Business Administration (Marketing)
•    Good communication and inter-personal skills
•    Good people interaction skills and ability to work with people at all levels
•    Good team leading and leadership quality
•    Not less than ten (10) years’ experience in business development / marketing in the HR Services Industry.
•    Possess a “can-do” attitude and willingness to take on challenges
•    Excellent spoken and written English skills.
•    Excellent prioritization skills.
