1) Having complete know how about the all types of Gate passes.
2) Inspection and issuance of Assets from Store to the applicant.
3) Should be involved in transferring the items to applicant and responsible to take the receiving.
4) To maintain the Asset Register rigorously.
5) To assign a specific code to a asset and its tracking Should be convenient and  swift.
6) To audit or check the assets physically quertlty/Biannually and make sure to keep the record about assets depreciation.
7) Having sound knowledge regarding the discarded assets and this activity should be done through proper auction system.
8)  To coordinate the HR department for the employee clearance point of view.
