Logistics & Warehouse Incharge

1. Complete responsibility of Warehousing and Logistics operations in his region.
2. Responsible to implement company policy and SOPs for all operations
3. Ensure all products are received & dispatched without any discrepancies and errors. Any shortage is reported and rectified along with complete documentation
4. Maintain Headcount and work in accordance with labor matrix to effectively utilize manpower within the department
5. Ensure Vehicles are maintained, checklist maintained, and regular maintenance work is done in a timely manner.

6. Ensure per Kg Delivery cost is within budget

7. Ensure the product is checked and verified when dispatched in accordance with sales orders.

8. Share new ideas of improvement within the department and implement a cost-savings method

9. Support sales team by providing excellent customer service and maintaining FIFO within Cold Store and dispatches.

10. Execute right orders with the right product with the timely arrangement of vehicles and development of route plan

11. Coordination with contractors and timely verification of monthly billings and submission of bills to HO.

12. Managing crates count and sharing reports on a monthly basis.

13. Good computer skills MS Excel & ERP System
