Corporate Legal & Compliance Manager. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of the legal function and provide accurate, timely and pragmatic legal advice to support the company’s business Monitor, measure and report on any legal issues, risks, opportunities and development in a timely manner Ensure awareness of any legal updates/regulatory changes and advise on any necessary change to company legal policy Conduct research and ensure adherence to the prevailing laws, draft, circulate to the management, review with the management, finalizing the draft and process signature or initial to the management Advise on and assist the management with all of legal documentations and issues within the organization Build and maintain a good relationship with Government Official and third party Liaison with the appointed lawyer or advisor, prepare evidence and supporting documents, review and revise any draft generated by the counsel Facilitate and collaborate with other divisions regarding legal and compliance matters Requirements: Have a Bachelor Degree in Law, Master Degree is preferred 5 years experiences in Corporate Legal and Compliance Division and 2 years experiences in managerial position Have a good analytical skill Have a deep understanding regarding corporate law Have a deep understanding regarding banking, finance market, and IT industry Have a good negotiation and mediation skill Have a good communication skill Positive attitude, integrity, efficient, team-work, discipline and adaptable English proficiency is a MUST (verbal and written) Location: Islamabad Package will be decided on interview.
